I personally think the fight will have its exciting moments but is going to be a clear UD win for Cotto. he will not brawl with marg like an idiot he doesnt give a **** what the fans want he is in to systematically destruct his opposition and in this case it will be in the form of a stick and move boxer.

    my opinion
    Also a very good post.

It is difficult to discount that Cotto has a higher KO percentage than Margs and has fought much more credible opposition.

In the first fight between Miranda and Abraham, Miranda's technique was very wishy-washy, I do believe that he is now punching straighter and using his jab much more effectively. Therefore, this fight will be different.
I have never seen cotto hurt anyone with his right hand. In my opinion he doesn't throw it properly, or with a lot of power. Going to the body, he throws a decent right, but he is going to need a right to the head to beat margs, and I don't believe that his right will be effective in this fight if it hasn't been effective in any other fight. Now whatever controversey anyone of us thinks went down, they fought on. Art bled from the mouth, and showed tremendous pressure. Miranda put on tremendous pressure from start to finish. From my point of view, it was one fighter able to hit the other cleanly. The fouls in this fight whether questionable or not some did not decide the fight. In the latter rounds, AA was moving and trying to finish, and miranda came forward and just could not connect cleanly. This is why I pick AA to ko Miranda this time. AA is at a better weight for this fight. Some think Miranda will be better too. The old adage that boxers beat punchers imo rings true in this rematch.
Cotto and Margs is also a great fight. Boxer/puncher against smart/puncher. cotto is going to come out moving slowly conserving energy. That is unless Margs attacks from the door. Cotto lacks a big right hand, but he can throw it. Margs has heavy hands, but isn't a one punch finisher. Cotto being shorter and having faster hands is going to move, box, and **** the body. Cotto will have to test the chin of Margs every now and then. Margs will march forward and land any punch that he can whether on the arms, where ever. If he is able to get close, and land the vaunted uppercut or any short hard punches, this could cause problems for cotto. If cotto is able to box, stay strong and don't let Margs muscle him, he wins. If Margs is able to tag cotto using his reach, and able to establish his pressure from round 1 on, and doesn't start slow, he can wear down cotto. My pick is Margs. I know that cotto is the sharper puncher, but I just don't think he is the stronger guy. Normally, I would say the boxer beats the puncher. But cotto's lack of a serious right hand is the only reason I pick margs to win.
You can consider both Abraham and Miranda as punchers, although they have a verry different style. Cotto is also a puncher, but a verry skilled one.

Abrajam was very lucky the ref was ****in his sis. Margarito a boxer/puncher? Margarito use his height? Cotto's right hand will be a factor?
Margarito is a BRAWLER, damn good at it too, he can not box with Cotto. He doesn't have a height advantage as he comes wrecklessly in throwing looping slow, hard shots. Cotto's jab will be the factor along with his left to the body.
