I'm yet to see these quotes where it says Calzaghe is ducking Pavlik. I've seen quotes from Calzaghe saying that he doesn't think Pavlik wants to fight him, that's all.

I think it's a good matchup, style wise, and a crowd pleaser.

I wasted my money by flying to Vegas for the DeLaHoya vs Mayweather (cough, cough, fight)

In my opinion, Joe is shot plain and simple, and Pavlik is WAY to strong for Calzaghe at this point, Enzo knows it just as well as Joe does.

Calzaghe nuthuggers will have a hard time finding Joes' balls, because he doesn't have any....

Well, with Calzaghes' track record, in terms of fighting tough competition -Johnson should be in the picture, in let's say, no more than 5 or 10 years...

This dude just had one of the best P4P fights of the 21st century right at his fingertips and he let it get away because he watched his stable mate Gary Lockett get trotted off to the hospital with permanent eye damage. What ever you Calzaghe fans wanna say, whatever BS you wanna throw around about the Roy fight being right for the time being, we lost a really good opportunity to see a great fight because this ****wad didn't man up, and that's the truth.
Heard all this **** before with Lacy. Joe was "scared" then.

No doubt in my mind that Joe would beat Moby. Little doubt in my mind that arrangements are already being made for Moby vs. Blow after The Blow has increased his stock in "Da State's" by KOing a shot Roy.

If I could make a comparison..

Mayweather says "Cotto doesn't want to fight me, he knows he can't beat me, etc." And he's ducking Cotto.

Calzaghe says "I don't think Pavlik wants to fight me" And this is somehow different. ....how?

Because Joe has said he wants to fight either Roy or Pavlik next.

Because Mayweather and Calzaghe are completely different characters. Why would Calzaghe duck Pavlik?
