Calzaghe is the best LHW and I consider Dawson second. If Dawson and Johnson were to face off again, Dawson will only improve. That fight deserved a draw because it was that close. As for Diaconu, he is what he's always been, a boxer with great skills but with a serious flaw. And that flaw is his foot movement, which is very poor. Diaconu is very slow and only fights in spurts, and because of that he's a standing target.

In the post-fight press conference he said he was willing to give Glen Johnson a rematch.

I just cannot rank Calzaghe as the best light heavyweight when the only fighter that he has beaten was Bernard Hopkins. Dawson has done more in the division and has beaten the better fighters at light heavyweight. Eric Harding was ranked at #10 by the ring magizine at the time Dawson beat him. Adamek was ranked in the top 5 and the WBC champion and Glen Johnson was ranked in the top 3 when Dawson beat him. Dawson is just better at light heavyweight and has accomplished more there.
