Yes.....It'll mean he's fought and beaten the much better compettition at WW......Oh wait he's already done that without even beating Margy or DLH.

He'd have beaten better competition at WW, but throughout an entire career is a little different. Let's be honest. Mayweather started off at a much lower weight and has achieved quite a bit. Cotto is certainly capable of achieving more, but I'd say it's a little premature to say that now. And keep in mind, Cotto is my favorite fighter.

the question is not about ww, its about overall careers, its funny you guys will give credit to cotto for beating dlh, yet talk **** about mayweather saying "dlh was past it, floyd shouldnt get any credit for beating him" yes the same guys will give cotto credit for beating oscar, like you did against zab judah (when floyd already beat him)

Floyd's had more experience in different weight classes so definitely you have to give that to Floyd.

But if you ask the question of who you'd rather see fight and get an entertaining fight? I'll take Cotto all day.

No. He will have a better WW record, but not better overall.

Cotto is a number of years younger than May
