Whispering in rap songs was never his to trademark. Slick Rick did it in the 80s and Bone thugz in the 90s.Money doesn't mean **** in terms of patents, trademarks, copyrights or infringement of any sort of intellectual properties. If he can prove Jay-Z only started to use this after he was given his demo and it proves to be uncanny in terms of similarity he might be able to walk away with a decent chunk of change. Stranger things have happened...Comment

Yes but the fact remains whispering wasnt his to trademark. Thats like the guy who patented eggs over easy suing the dude who made eggs sunnyside up just cuz its similar.Comment
-
if anyone should be accusing Jay of stealing the "whisper" flow, it should be Young Chris or the Young Gunz a member of his own record label. The suit this dude wears to court is gonna be worth more than he gets from Jay, i hope this is a joke.Comment

This is a complete joke and the reason why our legal system looks like a complete joke sometimes...If this ever even goes to court it would be an embarassment. You cant put a patent on whispering raps, its completely rediculous...Thats like saying whoever screams loudly in raps could get sued by little jon, its the ******est thing ive ever heardComment

Who cares - it's an ex-boxer and Jay-Z. Gimme more "Brittany has 3some on camara with Angelina and Brad." THAT's news folks!Comment

"Brad filmed the premature labor of the twins because of Brittany's "fisting" expertise." Come on, find me THAT ****!Comment
