Who would be a better test for Williams? Clottey or Mosley?

Clottey is without a doubt the better test. Namewise, if you want to look at your resume and say "I beat Shane Mosley" then of course, Sugar Shane. But he's still young and learning, so he should fight a guy like Clottey so he could have a good and tough fight, in a real test.

Which fighter would bring out the qualities in Williams that can help us determine how well he would do against Cotto? Williams has the physical advantages over Cotto obviously, but what about the intangibles, the smarts, the things you learn from experience?

Honestly, I'm not sold on Williams yet. I think he's good but I don't see him being the future of the WW division tbh. I have to wait and see how he does against a Clottey or a Cotto. I'm not even sure how he'll do against Zabdiel.
