I've never seen Haye, but I constantly read that he has a proven weak chin. Therefore he couldn't successfully "box" Klitschko, since the first straight left he'd get, could wobble him. And KLitschko can throw and hit with them no matter how elusive his opponent is; it's the secret of his success. He'd have to go all out a la Corrie Sanders and trust to a lucky punch. Actually more than that since Sanders also got in a couple of Very hefty butts, which in my opinion did the real first KD damage.

Klitschko would be too smart to stand around for THAT.
Fraudley Harrison struggled with Bonin for 9 rounds before getting a gift dubious stoppage.
Haye destroyed the guy like a true world class boxer should.
At 217lbs before boiling back down to destroy Mormeck.
Haye has speed skill and power.
He will do well at HW.

Bonin isn't even a top 100 heavyweight....Haye needs to beat someone with a pulse if he wants to be taken seriously.

Actually Haye also fought Valery Semishkur, 217, 15-13-1 and Gary Delaney, 229, coming off 3 consecutive losses. But you're right, only one "real" HW.

I was just responding to a guy who said that haye hasn't fought any heavyweight fights. I wasn't saying that those fights have any significance to a fight with wlad. but he does have 4 hw fights: Tomasz Bonin, Garry Delaney, Valery Semishkur, Tony Booth. all were ko victories for haye.

what does hold significance is that haye is a natural 220 pound guy. and cutting down to cruiserweight is very hard on his body. he could hit 235 pounds no problem and I'm sure he probably will be that weight in the future. so, if he was such a big puncher at cruiser, imagine what he'll do as a hw. at the same time, he'll be taking alot more powerful punches and he'll hopefully be keeping his gloves up which I'm sure he will be doing.

Tony Booth, currently with 105 losses, was NOT a HW when Haye fought him.
