Williams jab has definetly improved.

He doesnt flick anymore...he beats Cotto easy IMO.

The hardest puncher in the division is Cintron, followed by Cotto....Cotto's left hook to the body is the most devastating punch in the division....Don't get me wrong, Margarito has power, but it's more of the accumulation and workrate where his KO's come from.

Williams is scrawny, he's a stickman, Cotto will get inside and break his ribs, Williams will get hurt.
