It's quite possible that Pavlik moves up after an eventual fight with Arthur Abraham, thereby having cleaned up the weak middleweight division.

Kessler is likely champion in at least one alphabet-organization setting the stage for this trans-atlantic mega-fight at supermiddleweight.
