The four best fighters in that division are Alcine, (Travis) Simms, Dzinziruk and Oscar. Mora is obviously a legit fighter himself, but I don't think he's worthy of a ton of praise quite yet. Sechew Powell doesn't look motivated enough to be the top dog.

The most vulnerable top guy in that division is Verno. He may be one of the most underrated fighters over the past 10 years, but he's old and hasn't notched a significant win in awhile, unless you count the Spinks decision. I thought it was a draw. Anyway, he's there to be had by any of the guys I mentioned before.

It looks like Forrest is completely done fighting live opponents. He will do well against a guy who just stands and eats leather like Baldomir, but I think he has lost 2 of his last 4 and he doesn't look the same anymore.

I just hope more of these guys start fighting each other so we can get a clear-cut championship picture. Sucks that Winky ain't there anymore. He was way better than any of the guys fighting at 154 today.

Alfredo Angulo is a damn beast and I wanna see more of him. If he tightens up his defense, then I could definitely see him being one of the major title holders at 154. He remids me of a harder punching verion of Antonio Margarito.

He reminds me of Margarito with better technique. That's what I was saying when he was beating on Gutierrez in the middle portion of their fight. Dude is a rock though...he'll be a handful for anyone.

Agreed, he just needs to tighten up his defense. Other than that, he is total package. Massive power, good chin, technique and decent boxing ability. I definitely want to see more of him.

All of these threads turn magnificently ****ty after 2 pages. We need a dumbass filter for this site. Maybe people should take IQ tests before they're allowed to join.

                      2. Sergio Mora
                      3. Oscar De La Hoya
                      4. Vernon Forrest

WOW... bad for 154 for sure.
Joquim Alcine is in there too, he decisioned Travis Simms, a promising young fighter.
Floyd beat the number 1 fighter at light middleweight and is getting no credit for it.
I would take Oscar over any of those fighters by FAR.
