I actually only rate the WBO. and WBC.

I rate the IBO higher than the WBA. For the 'regular champion', 'super champion' bogus.

Also take LHW for example. Tarver had the IBO at one stage. And i think Danny Green had the WBA?

Tarver is the best fighter in the division. Happens in a lot of divisions.

Look at MW. Felix Sturm WBA? Weakest champion there.
