Cotto doesn't call out anybody, it's not just Floyd.

When you are as good as Cotto is, and beat the fighters he has beaten, he shouldn't have to call out Floyd. Floyd should want to fight him to prove he is the best, especially since he keeps saying it.

thats true but cotto has improved alot since, i still think floyd would beat him but cotto is a much improved fighter since then

What you have to remember though, Mayweather was already P4P#1 back then, and Cotto was still somewhat green compared to the standard he is at today.

Cotto said he was not ready to fight Mayweather back then, as did Ricky Hatton, but Floyd gave him his (somewhat undeserved?) shot, why shouldn't Cotto get one?

He has stayed undefeated too...

cotto should feel that way.. he should want to fight floyd to prove he is the best..i dont think he really wants to fight floyd to be honest.. floyd has already proven he is the best

the only real improvement seen in cotto is that he takes a punch better at 147 vs. 140.
