it was arum and team cotto that were running scared from floyd.

the only real improvement seen in cotto is that he takes a punch better at 147 vs. 140.

3 years ago right? wasnt Floyd with Arum at that point? this is what's funny about Cotto detractors who criticize Cotto's resume as extremely hand picked. They don't realize Floyd was with the same promoter up untill the DLH fight. So what does that say about Floyd's resume?

Cotto's reign at 140 was nothing more than an advertisement. A preview of things to come. They werent going to take any huge chances at that time.
