  • Andre Berto >>> Collazo, Clottey, Judah, Mosley, Quintana

Line em up... its time for the future

Mosley: In his prime would take berto... obviously...but that can be debated becauseIthink mosleys prime was below 147... but at 36, he doesnt move his head enough, and bertos jab is no joke...

Judah: Requires no explanation, BERTO WOULD COMPLETELY break down Judah... I think Andre has the hardest body attack in the WW division, but everyone just wants to talk about Cotto, Mr 6 round fighter zab couldnt handle that pressure for all 12 rounds... theres just no way about it...

Clottey: WOuld be a great fight, But I think Berto can edge it out, The Jab is really his best weapon in my opinion... Clottey is a great inside fighter and would most likely test Bertos heart, But I think the key is that jab from keeping clottey working on the inside... and berto will need head movement in this fight...

Collazo: I just think Berto is a better faster and more powerful fighter, The SouthPaw stance might give him problems, buz I cant see Collazo handling the power...

Quintana: Could be problems, But I see Berto pulling that out, I think Quintana is the weakest link the championship division... he can box, but anyone with a good punch ala williams and cotto can take him out... In my humble opinion bertos got more snap than both of them... im sure the cottoboys will disagree... and ima HUGE fan of Pwill.. but i think Bertos just got more snap...

Cotto, Floyd, Margarito, Cintron, and Williams are all above Berto at this stage... but only because Andre is still up and coming, and working on his defense, which even he has said needs brushed up on... once his defense is figured out... its gonna be rough for anyone to deal with...

The fact that Andre hasnt faced any "names" yet, doesn't mean he cant BEAT them... his management has been doing a SUPERB job, on slowly yet surely upping his competition, and he slowly but surely has been upping his performance... Ive been absolutely amazed and intrigued by this mans talent, and show my friends every time he fights...

Sad to see Floyd go,but Fun to see whats new coming in.. and thats Andre Berto...

Only time will tell... I have seen Berto fight a few times, but I can't even remember them. If he could take on any man of that list & win impressively it will be a great step up for him..

These other guys are veterans though. Much more ring savvy than Berto. He's good though. With Judah and Collazo he has a shot. Clottey is solid 154 pounder figthing at welter. He would be too strong for Berto. Quintana is a slickster and Mosley could take Berto as well.

I think Berto just needs to work on his defense. I give him a good chance against all of those mentioned.

A little brush up on the defense and berto will be the future of the division

I have to disagree with you on the Clottey part...IMO I think Clottey will be to much for Berto. From what I've seen on Clottey he does tend to fade later in the fight but I think he gets the nod over Berto..Keep in mind Berto takes to many unneccessary shots...True enough Berto hits like a ****ing mack truck..but I think Clottey experience will come into effect. Only time will tell though!

Cant deny that...When Berto hits you.. you're going to ball up....Dude can punch..I'll give him that...but he needs to work on his leaky D...That might be his down fall.

Clottey is too smart and quick for Berto. The only way he loses to Berto is if he loses focus and mentally defeats himself like he did against Margarito.
