    ***** please..

What's really needed is the Williams/Margarito rematch.

I don't hear Quintana hollering for a rematch.

Williams destroyed Quintana in a single round..

He showed amazing improvement and power.

They are too many better fights to be made than with somebody that was almost killed in round one.

        Suuure.

You're not impressed with one round KO's.

        Suuuure.

I bet if Cotto came back and stopped Tony in one round you'd be singing a different tune.

To destroy a fighter that beat you convincingly in one round IS very impressive...very impressive indeed.

They have fought 13 rounds and Williams has won 5 of them. The fact that he catches Carlos impressively in one of those rounds means nothing as far as who has the edge in the series.

I will say that Quintana landed two of those overhands that were hitting Williams clean all night in the first one. Clearly Paul showed improvement in his power, but... he didn't show improvement on his defense (and that includes timing on defense too), which is where he needed the most improvement against a slickster counterpuncher like Carlos Quintana.

They are both musts IMO... Why the **** not? No one else wants Williams anyway... and I'm sure Quintana would jump at the chance... better to take a shot at greatness again instead of staying in no man's land, where he is at now.

Well to be honest... it makes sense in both scenarios...

                  8-5 Quintana
                  1-0 Prescott

No it doesnt,He said Williams Knocking out quintana in one doesnt mean nothing but it mean enough for him to have Khan been KTFO in one as his sig.. I hope you get that.

So if Williams KO's Quintana two more times in the first round, Quintana would still have the edge 8-7 in the series?

I agree that Quintana probably deserves a rematch, but getting destroyed in one round destroys marketability. Boxing is a business, so I can see why Williams would want to move on.
