Williams proved a lot of people wrong tonight (Not a told you so thread)

He walked into Williams' punch and he didnt see it coming. That's why I'm not ready to crown him the next Tommy Hearns. Williams has always been a solid puncher when he actually sits down on it anyway. That's why Quintana had so much success when he moved and gave angles. Williams didnt have a chance to really sit down and trade. That's why I dont unerstand why he tried to walk Williams down.

Williams said I'm going to let him come to me so I can fight my fight, and Carlos walked right into the trap. The trap being a nasty straight left.

He did look more relaxed and confident in this fight, that's for sure, unlike the lethargic Williams we saw on their last fight who threw 2 punches per round... I don't like Williams at all but I knew he was going to win this fight, I was impressed on how Carlos disposed of Williams on the first fight, but like I said that wasn't the same Williams who fought against Margarito. But this win came from a first round TKO, we clearly didn't see any improvements or something for us to say "man he is the real deal".
