Sorry lets get it straight Cotto made Quintana quit. He made the man retire on his ass. Williams KO'd Quintana by a punch, hate to say it but any fighter can get caught by a punch. We are all gonna have to wait and see how the Welter Weight Division forms up. Cotto vs. Margarito is going to be one hell of a fight. Hopefully Paul can get a fight with the winner and we all can see who really is the best at 147. I'm sorry but just because Williams KO'd quintana doesn't mean anything to me. It still doesn't prove that he has improved, it just means he KO'd someone that he was supposed to the first time. Styles make fights but Williams has been there to be hit in the past, my guess is that he'll be there to be hit by Cotto.

Paul Williams had to take who he could get. It seems like it's hard for him to get fights and since Cotto-Margarito is on lockdown, unless something out of the ordinary happens we'll be lucky to see him fight again this year.
