EUROPEAN STYLE BOXING? do you Brits take Offense to that?

Well, no, we brits ourselves usually associate that style with OTHER European countries, like Germany, Denmark etc etc.

I don't think most of our best fighters fight in that style at all. None of Hatton, Calzaghe, Eubank, Hamed, Benn, Froch, Haye and many more besides fight like that at all.

Even if they did, I don't think I'd be offended.

I remember I think it was either teddy atlas or manny steward and they were watching a british boxer and said something like he is a Europeans style boxer they do not have headmovement or something...it was a long time ago.

and my old trainer used to say that about british boxers that they box european style.

but thanks for clearing it up I guess some americans are just ignorant lol.
