This is the rumor going around the MMA boards...Dana White is either signing floyd jr and getting a tv deal to go along with it...Dana White will hold a press con next thrusday with the announcement that will shake up the MMA world he said.

Wont happen. Best case would be as a commentator or something, but since he wouldnt fight when he boxed, I dont see how anyone could expect him to get in a street fight. Im sure Floyd had people plant that rumor so he could get his name mentioned another time or two. He knows that once he is actually retired, he wont be remembered very long.

agreed. not enough money in mma. unless......... dana white overpays floyd just to get the name recognition and publicity for the ufc? think of it......would it be a good investment for the ufc to overpay floyd much more than the fight would generate?

if b.j penn submits floyd what does it do to the boxing vs. mma argument?

just throwing it out there. i don't think the ufc can afford floyd without paying him much more than the fight would generate. but we all thought the wwe rumors were bogus too until floyd signed didn't we?

me personally i'd pay $$$$$$$$$$ to see b.j. penn choke floyds ass out!!!
