The only man to defeat a prime Chávez was Frankie Randall.
I do agree with the intimidation factor. Many people disregarded Chávez because of his height. In that case, he is more like Cotto; both of them have benefited from it. People think they are not going to get ****** up... until they get hit, again and again.

Chavez wasn't a true warrior anyway. He blocked a lot of punches with his gloves instead of his face, which I think is straight up *****.

I love Tony, but he is not at the level Chavez sr. was on his prime. Yes they both share similarities mostly on their styles, they are both come forward fighters with a lot of power and aggression, both True Mexican Warriors but I think the comparison ends right there. Regardless of that Margarito is an excellent fighter and # 3 Top Welter right now.
