Chambers looked pretty bad against Povetkin (spelling?). He's quick, has loads of talent and skill, but I have a hard time liking anyone who doesn't get into shape. The guy is always round faced and flabby, and I think his conditioning(lack of) showed in his last fight. His work rate was just **** compared to Povetkin. He was outworked throughout, and deserved the loss as much as anyone I've ever seen. I think if he'd been in better shape, and able to sustain a comparable work rate, he'd easily still be undefeated. I think what it boils down to is desire, and discipline. He ain't got it, the russian fellow did. Just shows that skill and talent will only get you so far. He outclassed the other guy, but didn't want to put in the work that would've assured him the win.

He showed a better workrate against Brock, he could have won the Povetkin fight if he had just let his hands go more, I don't think it was lack of stamina because he didn't look tired at all.

I do agree that he could lose some of that fat though.

I agree, Eddie didn't appear to be tired in the Povetkin fight, he just went into a defensive shell because he didn't want to get hit. Povetkin was the one who appeared tired (he said he had the flu) but he seemed to have the greater desire to win.

Povetkin definitely showed more desire to win the fight, he wanted it more and he got it.

And without that kind of desire, Chambers will likely never be a heavyweight champion. However, Arreola and Walker seem very ambitious.

              I agree about Chambers.

We'll see about Arreola and Walker, they haven't been in against very good opposition yet. I think the Witherspoon-Arreola fight will be interesting.

I was going to come in this thread and ***** that there is no Tye Fields option. Then I realized you said "YOUNG." Tye Fields is in fact 987 years old, so he doesn't qualify.

He's infinite. He told you his age??!!!? I'm jealous.

Edit: Just wanted to add, no ****.

I'll say this about Walker, he LOOKS like a heavyweight champion. He just seems too stiff in the ring to suceed on the top level.

Yes, I thought about including Fields, but he's a past-prime prospect (that's an oxymoron) at age 33.
