    Quintana.

As far as I know, Quintana has a lot of experience against southpaws, because he has sparred since he was a child with his two brothers, who are southpaws. Williams, on the other hand, has shown he has problems with southpaws... and, apparently, hasn't sparred with southpaws for this fight (which is beyond comprehension).

Quintana dominated in the first fight. And like his trainer commented on a local newspaper, Carlos knows Williams is not Superman, because that's how many boxing analysts saw Williams before the first fight. He should come in more confident.

Paul Williams looks frail at 147. Sure, the "taller = more powerful" crowd will bash me for this, but he seems a little weak. Quintana isn't the paragon of toughness either, but against Williams, he should be the toughest guy in the ring.

Paul Williams is not Tommy Hearns, just like any 5'10, 230 pounder is not Mike Tyson.

Admittedly Williams looked to have an off-night, but then again he looked tailor made for Carlos, in terms of his style and Quintanas ability to move left and right and land the quick right hand over the top. I dont see that changing, Quintana UD

Williams, I'm not very confident though because Quintana's style will always give Williams trouble but I think Williams would have learned from his mistakes and hopefully improved enough to beat Quintana.

Edit: Williams said he didn't spar with a southpaw before the first fight but has for this one so that definitely helps him.

Tough call. I'm going to pick Williams to reverse the decision. In the first fight the judges could have given it the other way so its possible that Paul might win without even changing anything. If he does make improvements then I'd give him an excellent chance.

I think he was a bit overconfident in the last fight, had seen Quintana blown away by Cotto, had just beaten Margarito himself, and went in their expecting an easy night, which is why he was flat on his feet and showed a reduced workrate. If he boxes smarter, move more throws more and doesn't just try to walk Quintana down like he did early on last time, then I think he should box his way to a points verdict, in the same way he did during his better rounds in the last fight.

Quintana. He was given a chance against Cotto, but when he got whomped in that fight everybody thought he blew his one chance to be elite. He came back to life when he beat Williams and I think he's the hungrier fighter. Williams is probably thinkin he lost cuz he fought the wrong fight or had weight problems. I doubt he's learned anything cuz from the loss cuz he doesn't believe he was beaten by a better fighter. He'll likely take Carlos lightly, and Carlos will outbox him to a wider UD this time.

I only watched the fight once so I don't know if I can say Williams had an off night or Quintana is a bad matchup for him. I wouldn't touch this one with real money unless I'd seen Quintana fight more than 3 times, which I haven't.

Quintana, this will be a continuation of the first fight and if Quintana doesn't gas, he will knock him out.

makes sense to me. he just needs to fight the same fight to win another UD.
