Librado Andrade has openly admitted he blocks punches with his face. He doens't like blocking with his arms because he said they get sore and he loses mobility, therefore, he's not able to punch as much or as hard.

Did he say that? Sounds like he already has taken to many in the face then.

Reminds me of Darrin Van Horn. He used to say "I kind of like getting hit in the head, it knocks the cobwebs loose and wakes me up a bit." That strategy didn't work too good against Iran Barkley.

'The best pound for pound is mine
Hit Percy Harris with 4 hooks at one time
            Ya'll Must've Forgot '

Four left hooks, but same principle.

And a bit of Marvin Hagler. He punched himself in the face before the opening bell in every fight! One guy (cannot remember the name sorry) wanted to emulate and impress the great Hagler, so he did the same thing. Trouble was that he broke his own nose doing it and the fight was declared a no-contest.... He got

Sorry Rizo if the thread got a little out of control again. I just thought the story was a bit funny.

lol, it's alright. These stories are very intriguing.

I'm just glad this didnt turn into a "Mayweather vs Sugar Ray Robinson" thread.

if Margarito and his fans would admit the same about him, I'd respect him so much more. if he just said, "Hey, I'm not a good fighter, but I try my best." Instead, he acts like he's got mad skillz, which is just comical.

Also, who else throws lead right hands to the midsection besides Mayweather?

BHOP has a very sneaky right hand. Very few see it coming because he sets it up so well with feints etc.
