Did he land 15 in succession?

        That sounds unworldly.

No they didn't. But it was still awesome. It takes a lot of guts to throw those in the first round. Right hand leads are typically used when the other guy has slowed down. Ali used it to humiliate Foreman from the opening bell, thereby demonstrating his speed and superiourity over the proud Foreman. Ali took an incredible risk but got away with it. If you study that round carefully you might suspect that Ali's plan going in, was to kayo Big George in the first.

That's very interesting and amazing. However, I meant landing lead right hands back to back as in:

right hand: right hand: right hand.

            Not:

jab, ali shuffle, jab-jab, head movement, jab-straight right, left hook, straight right, jab, jab jab straight right.

No offense but if you've never watched Ali-Foreman you should do yourself the favour.

Watch Ali in round 1, 3 and 5. Awesome.

I know man, I'm not saying Ali-Foreman or Ali-[insert name] wasnt a thing of beauty. I fully appreciate those fights and think they're ****ing awesome. All I was trying to say is that your response didnt answer my initial question, that's all.

Margarito is a punching bag. No skill at all, I like his defence I have to admit. Using your face to block punches is genius.

Robinson landed a lot of lead right hands on LaMotta at the end of their last fight, at 2:40 and 4:40.

                      Triple left hooks by Robinson.

Ray Leonard, the knockdown at 3:10 for example.
