How is Enzo trainer of the year?

Obviously his prize pupil is his own son whom is considered one of the best in the world. But, Joe gets by with natural talent (hand speed) and the ability to throw a **** load of punches in a fight. If he had any technique he would be a much better fighter. Since technique is the responsibility of the trainer I would say that Enzo has failed miserably in this regard. So someone please tell me how he is such a great trainer??

How is what he's saying wrong? What has Enzo done for his other fighters?

Just asking a question. You seem to be a supporter, so please tell me what makes him special as a trainer.

i wish they would take into consideration the amount of successful boxers (plural) a trainer has to determine how good they really are. if someone is just training one fighter who is exemplary, you can't really gauge if its truly the trainer's work or fighter's talent. trainers like Enzo and Roger Mayweather get grossly overrated just because of their star fighter, but Roger's other fighters have lost and been knocked out. Enzo's Macarenelli got knocked the **** out and Locket seems to be headed in the same direction.

Well check out his fighters, he had a lot of success last year. He didn't win it off of the back of Joe's Hopkins win. He'd already won it months before.
                I think.

He has a lot more than just three fighters.

Wasn't his fighters world champions at the time? That's the only possible reason why I can think he was trainer of the year.
