From a business standpoint i think it makes a bit sense. Mayweather has been bitching that Cotto's name isnt out there. Now if he beats Margarito, and then beats Mosley again but easier, then what would be mayweathers excuse then?

If Cotto beats Tony... what excuse is there? This rematch isn't necessary right now.. It would be great as a first title defense after beating Mayweather or a comeback fight though if he loses.

Funny thing is, they all discredit Cotto's win over Mosley because they claim Mosley was an "old man", yet they will jump on the bandwagon and say that Cotto should rematch him. Watch!

Im a huge Sugar Shane fan but that would be a ****** fight. Cotto needs to focus on Margarito. The Only threats to Floyd are Cotto and Williams and he will never fight Williams so we are gonna have to wait until fall 09 to see cotto maywether.
