2008 is a totally different time to when Vander moved up to heavy..... 220 - 230 was considered heay for a HW, whereas the big guys are 250 plus so proportionatly the difference is not that much.

I agree............ i remember watchin haye as a 16 year old in a britain vs USA schoolboy tournament on Skysports and thinking then that he could turn out to be something special. Even at that age, his punchin power was totally phenominal but stamina wasn't great. But in the Frogimeni, Mormeck he looked better in this respect.. Plus his conditioning appeared to be ridiculous for the Macca fight.

Trust me, anyone who thinks that he cannot put Wlad to sleep with a single punch know nothing about Haye's pounchin power.
