IE7
Opera
Firefox
Safari

IE6 too if you can find anyone still using it. Most people who have not updated to at least service pack 2 will still be using IE6.

If someone that does not use internet explorer and happens to visit your site and it looks off, they are not going to take it serious and they are going to assume the site was made by some n00bs and not proffessional at all.
