  • Anyone see the beating Erik Morales....

received at the hands of Guty Espadas back in 2003? I think it was one of the worst judging robberies of the last 10 years, utter bull****.

I thought Espadas put a master class boxing lesson on Morlaes and won every round, except maybe the 5th. I think the fight was for the WBC Featherweight belt.

I think Espadas is close to being done but I'd like to see him get a real world title before he calls it a career, he deserves it.....

Someone told me that Nacho told Espadas that he needed a knockout going into the 12th.

The problem is...well...dude got manhandled by juarez in 2, thus that fight was probably all he had left back in 03.

            Well clearly...

I knew who it was, I just didn't know whether dropping that name would help or anything.

            But yes, it was -Hyperion-.

I remember that fight, and I thought Morales lost too. I was pissed because Morales seemed to be on cruise control the entire fight. Just so you'll know, Morales is my all time favorite. Deep down, I'm sure Morales felt he lost too, because he sure handled business in the rematch.

Do you all know what Morales means in spanish?

                Worth every penny!

                  I thought Espadas won 115-113.

I'm gonna try to go through my VHS tapes this week and see if I can find the fight. I have it on one of them. I'll then try to convert it and upload for everyone. It is must see boxing.....
