Maskeav is the much easier fight - perfect style matchup for Haye. Oleg is old and slow now, and has always had a mediocre chin.

Haye vs. Skelton would be a difficult, ugly fight. Skelton has a good chin, and has a bag of tricks that rivals Hopkins: hitting while holding, head-butts, sleeper holds, rabbit punches, etc. His wrestling and holding would tire the stamina-challenged Haye, and I think he defeat Haye by late KO.

its good for a while tunney can fantasize that...these bitchko nuthuggers seriously get worried everytime haye's name is mentioned and they pick mediocre fighters to beat him because they haye is the only threat to bitchko's weak reign in the weakest hw division of all time. not saying much for both fighters though

But his still ranked higher than Skelton. When Rahman was mentioned you jumped in and told us how Rahman is shot, Maskeav is now shot and if he accept to fight skelton next i Know for sure you would start singing the same tune.

Haye wants to fight the best, how can anyone hate on that.

Every fighter IMO should have that attitude towards their career, especially British fighters.

Hate on him if you want, but he's making all the right choices and noises IMO.
