All I have to say is that straight grown men don't use the word "snicker". I bet that dude "teehee's" in his IM conversations too. Floyd lacks the testicles to get into a war with Cotto. I'm over this **** because we all know he is too ***** to get down.

Your snicker seems to have gone to your head. it was I who mentioned Zivic first, AND I didn't mention figting welters. I said that Robinson was below the welter limit when he foungt middleweights, and only 155 when he fought Joe Maxim for the light-heavy title. Maxim came in at about 185 andd****d himself over Robinson wearing him down. Robinson won 10 of the 13 rounds.

This is why pro punters are sitting at barrier starts at 4 am instead of just watching the race results .
Even after all that Floyd beats the Armstrong beater because he is a better fighter than Zivics class of fighter .

The point Im getting at is Floyd is an ATG in this era , and knowing that in a real world where sports science and records knows that there really is not much between the best of each generation or era in sport , from the bottom to the top the classes and the fighters in them a very close , I see no reason that makes logical sense as to why Floyd could not compete with any ATGs his weight class , circumstantial evidence says he can while he is unbeaten ,, untill then its just a lot of what ifs and would haves that says he cant .

Im curious to see where he really does finish up and how he will be viewed 5 yrs down the road , I think a lot detractors under rate where he really is ability wise , but time will expose the bull**** one way or the other , untill then we can have fun blowing off about it

              Nice talking to you .
Another thing which taints many of the wins and losses of those days is that boxing was run by the Mafia. Most of the boxers managers, trainers and promoters were it's reported bound hand and foot by the Mob, andd ******** was the reason.

An another point that many ignore, even though I sent in a complete rundown on the truth of the Corrales fight. With all the scoffing as some of mayweather's fights, like Bruselles etc, it was the CORRALES FIGHT which was the most tainted and suspect of ANY of Mayweather's wins. I have no cdoubt about that. AND he showed most heart and top class boxing, against Emanuel Augustus, eventually stopping him in I think the 9th or 10th. If Augustus had had a punch, and proper management and trainer, he'd have been a Champ too. For me anyway, this was Mayweather's most entertaining fight.

What a warrior lol, He and Oscar should retire, ideally before their meaningless fight but if not then after is fine.

Mayweather's a bum. He's scared to defend the title. He needs to fight Cotto after De La Hoya and after Cotto defends his title against Margarito.

I was just thinking about this fight today (Cotto-Floyd, not DLH Floyd 2). Easily the biggest letdown besides Mayweather Pacquiao not being made. Say what you want about "floyd ducking margarito" in 2006, but Cotto had clearly earned his #1 status unlike Margarito. Cotto had the resume and established himself as the hungry challenger to fight Floyd.

Floyd would have clearly beaten Cotto and Pacquiao now is a much bigger threat, but this fight would have been good for the fall.

Mayweather needs to fight again, **** that guy.
