The first fight on the "Main Event" of the EliteXC card .... was amateur.

It looked like a Tough Guy Contest from the early 90's.

Where is the love and respect for boxing? How does boxing expect to gain new fans if THERE IS NO BOXING for viewers to watch? Not everybody has nor wants to shell out $50 for PPV boxing...not everybody has HBO/Showtime...only hardcore fans know FNF/WNF exists

I'm not tryna re-open a MMAvsBOXING contest, I'm not hating on MMA nor trying to criticize the sport of Boxing...but

As a major fan of Boxing, I just don't see the sport getting any type of respect until it becomes organized.

*For the record I will be watching the EliteXC card, but would've ordered the SSM card cause I'ma huge SSM fan*

if im elite xc id be dissapoitned so far. nothing spectacular, they better hope people dont start changing channels especially now that a female is one

Totally Agree.

The preliminary matches gave us better quality fights. These Main Card fights are not tactical at all. No real MMA yet tonight.
