yea, but Arthur Williams was kind of old at that point in his career, and Alexei Ignashov is one of the hardest leg kickers in kickboxing history. so its not completely fair to judge from that. also, that was at heavyweight...Williams never fought above 200 lbs in his boxing career.

but still.

they shouldnt bother trying to go to each others sports, it would be a complete waste of talent. I mean, heres a top top kickboxer fighting a journeyman in boxing...

yeah i sparred an mma guy to.but he was alot older than me like in his 30s and im only 16. i got my ass whooped.

I thought he would suck especially because hes short. I didnt think he would know how to parry or anything. He whipped my ass. I got rocked like 5 times. Ive never been hit clean so many times in rapid succession. He went around my defense so easily with wide hooks. He was very polished and his reflexes were good. Guess I should change my av now..

was he heavier than u ? and what was the weight difference?

don't give me this "Penn has amazing take down defense" crap; ****, Penn is slow as ****. Mayweather Jr. would have whooped his ass even worse.

I will give you that - Penn has amazing takedown defense, and Sherk realised from studying and experience that (a) he had little chance of a takedown and (b) there would be a good chance Penn would sub him if he did get a takedown.

Mayweather would get seriously ****ed up by Sherk - as soon as the fight hit the floor he would be beaten to a pulp or subbed.

If you can't see that then there is no hope for you
