Totally agree, I was surprised I saw the Corley vid and not the Torres one. Corley fight was dominated by Cotto then Cotto got hurt, he survived round and he continued to dominate.

Judah, was even more dangerous than the Corley fight because he hurt Cotto multiple times.

I agree with the early stoppage, but if it would've went on the fight would've been stopped anyway. Chop Chop was getting hammered in that round.

      Cotto would've won either way.

Bad stoppage, specially since Corley was probably getting TKOed properly in a matter of minutes.

Corley was losing the fight, so I really don't see your point (besides the hometown stoppage).

Now, if you bring the Torres fight, Cotto got pummeled so bad in that fight that many refs would have stopped it. Luckily for Cotto, they let him fight and he eventually won.

That being said, I don't like the "Cotto Wobble" when he tries to survive the storm by shaking it up a little and acting like he's boxing in a bad imitation of John Ruiz sort-of-way.

Cause you think you are Tupac. Get your own personality... Makaveli???? psst. Read a few new books already. And NO Corley wanted it bad.. he is a sick hmo who wanted to be hurt and dominated... that is why he took it like a champ. "hit me Miguel!!! " Argh!

Why? Corley was severely gassed and was taking knees to avoid the punishment. He had his moment when he rocked Cotto but blew it and couldn't finish him off.

The stoppage wasn't the best, but the fight wasn't going in the right direction anyways. Cotto had scored 3 knockdowns of Corley, 2 in the stoppage round.

Should Cotto have a loss? No, but the thread starter should be ashamed of himself.

Cotto was hurt, but he recovered fine and got Corley back. It was a premature stoppage, but Corley took a lot of knees and was gonna beat him anyway.
