It was also the first time I thought Mayweather looked like a true welterweight. If you look at what Mayweather was doing that night, I think his skills are fine at 147.

I agree. This is probably because he was back to the relative comfort of 147 after having to fight at 154 for the DLH fight, but maybe he is just naturally growing into a 147lb'er.
