2 decisive wins over ranked contenders sounds like decent earning grounds for haye to get a shot. If he's really ready for Wlad, he'll be able to prove it by 2009.

Fighting Toney would be a waste. Toney is a very small Heaveyweight (Well he is heavy but that ain't a plus in his case). he is also extremely shot. Fighting a blown up middleweight who has lost his greatness is not what Haye needs. He needs to win against a large heavyweight that is decently regarded. I would like to see him take on OLEG MASKAEV or Tony Thompson.

He was as the top of a decent division, Wlads top of a naff division, get it on next week I say.
Holyfield fought more guys to unify the CW division than Haye did, and after 6 fights at HW, against former champs and undefeated prospects, he still hadn't earned a shot at Tyson. It's about 8 times as big a jump these days from CW to HW as say LW to JMW.

I can't wait for Klitschko vs. Haye... Whoever wins, it's gonna be a good fight.

I guarantee you James Toney does not want ANY part of Haye!!!! Haye would destroy Toney just like he did Mac....remember Toney is a blown up middleweight...I don't care how well he boxes....I would have given Toney at chance 5 years ago...he's just too damn old to be relevant now.

Is that Calzaghe between fights with Sly in your Avatar? Looks just like an overweight Joe C. to me. Funny stuff.
