Based on Floyd's inactivity and not facing the best fighters at 147 you can make a case and drop him to number # 2 in a tie with Zaghe based on Zaghe now being the best smw and lhw in the world. Floyd isn't even the best 147 pounder in the world cause he's yet to prove it.

They're both undefeated, but Mayweather has fought more p4p guys, so there's that. You can claim all you want about De La Hoya being over the hill, but then what would you say about Hopkins. Kessler, would be matched by Hatton. If you wanna mention Eubanks, pick either Castillo or Corrales.
