If he loses to Margarito.. which he may, being that Margarito is a dangerous fighter (obviously since Floyd avoided him like the plague) He should rematch Quintana for his belt or take on Williams.
A win against either of these two would have him right back at the top.

Any elite fighter can lose to any other elite fighter, on the right day. Cotto is hovering around the elite. But Floyd is on another level. Looking at Cotto's fights, and knowing what Mayweather can do to him, I simply don't entertain the thought of Floyd losing that fight.
