In a pre-emptive strike against the "LAMOPOWN" brigade who will be eager to gloat if and when Kelly Pavlik beats Gary Lockett here is a public poll to see if the green teefs really do pick Lockett over Pavlik.

This can be bumped after the fight if Lockett loses, as he probably will, as a response to the inevitable "british boxing is a joke all the fighters are overhyped lol" threads.

Remember after the Tarver/Woods fight when Woods predictably lost and the idiot brigade made noise about a prediction that most British people correctly made as well? Well not this time...

While I agree that Pavlik is the heavy favourite in this fight, what gives you the idea that "Lockett has never been any good"?

Have you ever seen a single fight of his, or did you boxrec his name?

Save the "another brit/euro sent home" ****. Poll shows were not deluded fans and think Pavlik will win. Were willing to be more realistic than some Lacy or other yank fighters sent over to the UK...

Pavlik wins, and should do by R6. If he doesn't, Locketts done well.
