In a pre-emptive strike against the "LAMOPOWN" brigade who will be eager to gloat if and when Kelly Pavlik beats Gary Lockett here is a public poll to see if the green teefs really do pick Lockett over Pavlik.

This can be bumped after the fight if Lockett loses, as he probably will, as a response to the inevitable "british boxing is a joke all the fighters are overhyped lol" threads.

Remember after the Tarver/Woods fight when Woods predictably lost and the idiot brigade made noise about a prediction that most British people correctly made as well? Well not this time...

Lockett is in way over his head in this fight. He is a European level fighter at best, not world class. I've seen him numerous times through his career and I see no evidence of him troubling Pavlik in the slightest. But this is the biggest fight of his life and he will no doubt be in the best possible condition so he'll be giving it his all. He seems like a great lad outside the ring so I hope he can put in a good account of himself, but tbh I see this fight being over within the first 5 rounds in the favour of Pavlik.

I think that Lockett is underrated and Pavlik over-so. Lockett does have SOME chance, but I'd be ****** to even consider putting any money on him and I'm not ******. Clear CLEAR favourite in Pavlik.
