This is definitely MAB's last chance to redeem his career. He was able to resurrect his career in the past and I do believe that this fight is no different. Being a sentimental favorite with many non-hardcore boxing fans, he might just pull off the decision, a la Sugar Ray Leonard when he beat Hagler.

I think Morales will pick MAB apart and win a fairly one sided decision. MAB's best days are behind him.

What's the odds here between Barrera and Morales? I think Barrera will be an underdog here 5 to 1.

Barrera definitely is the underdog here. He was stronger than EM at 122, almost even at 126, but at 130 IMO Morales is simply the bigger fella. Size does matter. Barrera is on a decline now, Ayala was not a coming back party. He'll give a good account of himself while it lasts though, but El Terrible wins convincingly this time.

          Morales by TKO.

i'm not so sure that Barrera wil,be KTFO'd by Morales. MAB looked so bad against Pac because he underestimated him, i don't think he actually was prepared for the handspeed Manny has, and after the KD's he wasn't able to recover. Remember the same thing could have happened to JMM but he wasn't hurt as bad and adjusted his style. MAB can show he's still not shot here, and i'm hoping he does

if Barrera doesnt come thru, would Pac want the rematch? either way im picking Morales by UD i see him as the bigger man at 130

Will there be a bigger purse awaiting pacquiao in this rematch? If there is, what is pacquiao to lose, he will bite it even if he knows Barrera is on the downside.

Barrera still has a chance to pull it off.

He might not have the same drive he used to, however he still sees an opportunity when he sees one and his hand speed is still very good.

On recent form you have to say Morales but who knows im a fan of both guys.
But i think it would be a fitting end for Barrera to win and then retire. What a brilliant way for him to end his career.

                      sorry pappy but.......

age has nothing to do with how old you are as a boxer we all know this, barerra has had a 14 year career in the pros already he started officially at 16 but probably earlier has had a hell of a lot of fights in that time and also has been involved in a number of wars.

I think in boxing terms he is old but maybe able to get "up" for one last hurrah, I hope so.
