I'm going with Cotto here. Margarito has this kind of mental game where he uses his tough guy aura to kind of psyche out opponents. Cotto has an almost zen-like quality to him where he doesn't even seem to expend energy on thinking negatively. To him, the past is the past and whatever happens in the future was bound to happen anyways.

I think Cotto has the right mentality entering into a potentially dangerous fight.

Margarito is no punk either. Both of these guys want to win desperately, but I'll go with Cotto's versatility.

Veracruz and the region of Costa Chica both have black poppulations. The entire region of Costa Chica having more blacks then anywhere else in Mexico though. And you know throughout those area's there's even more kids that can ****.

i lived near veracruz for 3 years but never really so one
only the ones that talk like cubans and are pretty dark i guess u can call them black
