Why is Bradely so low on your list? Champions are supposed to be ranked above the contenders and Bradely just won the WBC strap. Here's mine:

I see now. I just checked ********* and they have him as the WBA champion. I would still rank Bradely over him though. The WBC is the most respected belt, plus Witter was ranked number #1 in the division at the time that Bradely beat him.

Witter highest ranked??....Hatton has been the #1 fighter at 140 for a couple of years now...Witter looked like he had an off night against Bradley, I would pick Witter in a rematch....Kotelnik should've beaten Witter a few years ago, but Witter was given a gift decision....Kotelnik has improved since then and is in his prime now, he would beat Witter in a rematch for sure....Kotelnik beats everyone at 140 except for Hatton IMO, but I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled off an upset against Hatton.
