Question: Why is Kotelnik listed so high if Junior Witter is listed so low?

Witter holds a win over Kotelnik if I'm not mistaken.

It was a very close fight, I thought it was a draw or a win for Kotelnik, Witter got a gift decision....Kotelnik has improved and is in his prime now, he would beat Witter in a rematch for sure.

Kotelnik has excellent technical skills, he's tough and has decent power, he's the biggest threat to Hatton IMO.

There are quite a few threats to Hatton after today IMO.

A stronger puncher might have gotten him out of there.

A fighter with more stamina/workrate would have been able to take advantage of more openings like Lazcano didn't.

A fighter with better defense would have been able to hit the openings Lazcano did while not taking so many punches that Hatton threw.

Unless I'm wrong, and the Lazcano fight was a fluke.

The Ring's rankings seem to be pretty on point.

          Hatton is the champ.
Paulie is either #1 or #2.
Bradley or Kotelnik can probably be #3 and #4, in whatever order.
Junior Witter and Kendall Holt at #5 and #6 in no particular order... and whoever else after that.

But for some ****ing reason, The Ring doesn't even have Ricardo Torres ranked, which is kind of silly IMO. I think Torres (with only one loss to Cotto) who has a win over Kendall Holt should be either #1 or #2. He's a champion and hasn't just been walking over tomato cans with his belt.

As of this moment, I put Ricardo Torres at the top, followed by the winner of Hatton/Malignaggi.

The talent has moved up to 147...

Have you even seen him fight??....He's the best technical fighter in the division, very well schooled with good defense, he is a very accurate puncher and he has some decent power, he's a tough customer.
