Thompson does have good defense and an awkward southpaw style....I'm not sure how good his chin is....Wlad will be testing it for sure, I can't see Thompson lasting 12 rounds, Wlad has said in interviews that he will stop Thompson.

I think Wladimir will stop Thompson but there is a good chance that it will go the distance. Thompson doesn't take any chances, that makes his chance to beat Wladimir even smaller but it also makes the possibility that the fight will last into the later rounds bigger.

Thompson has said that he won't be like Sultan and he will take chances....Like I said before, Thompson has decent defence and an awkward southpaw style, but he tends to stand in front of his opponents...Sultan was hard to hit because he was crouching and leaning back looking to counterpunch....Thompson is Wlad's height and he stands straight up, he kinda fights like Winky with the guard up, but he is a much easier target for Wlad than Sultan was.

Wlad will get the stoppage win, I gurantee it.
