I give Kelly a great chance to Give Joe his first defeat. It's boggles my mind why ppl would want Kelly to change his style of boxing or change it. He's been KOing MFs cold and just out boxed the undisputed Middle weight champ at two weight classes. I'd say his 1-2 style is doing him just great and shouldn't change a thing!

calzaghe was exposed in the hopkins fight.......no way he beats pavlik. he rushes in with those slappy punches, he gets ko'ed. difference is, pavlik is young and will have the stamina to finish hiim.

These guys are hilarious! This is part of why I love this sport, it never lacks any entertainment. I hope Joe fights Jones and Pavlik fights Winky before moving up. This will be a good showdown for 2009, lets make it happen.

If Calzaghe suddenly gets "old"

I can't see Pavlik beating Calzaghe, uinless he suddenly goes flat whilst on his way towards the ring. I don't think Pavlik would even beat Kessler.

ok im goin to voice my opinion here, pavlic hits very hard, joe is a volume puncher joe will get battered for about 10 rounds and quits on his stool, pavlic kos guys thats not not luck and honestly pavlic will never get the respect he deserves because he is a white guy, if he were black or mexican he would be viewed as a killer.

I will put all my money on Pavlik. I'll take his hard, straight, flush punches all day to joe's wide, looping, weak slaps. JC can't possibly hurt Pavlik. He can only win on points by judges who favor amature style scoring.

i think so to! I have gone on record sayin Pavlik will beat any of the top dogs from 160-168! Joe included! even though I respect the hell out of Joe's fight game, I just think B-Hop didn't have the gas to keep up with Joe, but Kelly does!!
