Miguel Cotto Haters - Debunked...

the majority of the board would agree, but why point out the best aspects of floyd's career and go and point out the negative in Cotto's?

Are there any negative aspects? I mean he got knocked down by Judah, but that's it. And that was a balance issue more than anything.

This is the definitive thread for anyone who wants to ***** about Cotto...

• Knocked a.k.a pushed down once - got up and ****ed dude up.
• Has been stunned numerous times, but who hasn't?
• Had a questionable chin at 140 when draining himself.
• He is undefeated to this day.
• His fights last an average of six rounds tops.
• He does his eyebrows - which is a Marga******/***** favorite.
• He fights who Top Rank tells him to fight.
• Floyd Mayweather is terrified at the thought of fighting him.
• He is "not important" according to Team Mayweather.
• He's beat more undefeated fighters than Mayweather.
• He low blows people all the time for ****s sake.
• He has said the following in regards to Floyd:

"I can't make him fight me."

"When he has the courage to fight me - I will fight him."

I agree with everything except the low blows people all the time. He's a BODY PUNCHER. Of course SOME punches will go low. Do ALL OF HIS BODY SHOTS GO LOW? No, some? Yes. Accidental? Sure. You can say Judah stunned him and then he low blowed him yet, seconds after the stun, it was Cotto coming forward completely unfazed and then the low blows landed. No true reason for the low blow to regain equilibrium, ala, Trinidad. When else has he landed low blows to TRUELY gain advantage?

I think Cotto did it on purpose. But what I find amusing is that the same people who complain about Cotto utilizing dirty tactics have no problem when Hopkins headbutts, shoulder hops and other things. At this point, you can tell that their dislike is far more emotional and personal towards Cotto than substantial.
