Is Miranda Overrated or Underrated?

Somewhere in between it seems. People either think he's very good or people think he's a bum. So there is a bit of a balance which means he isn't really overrated or underrated.

I'm a big fan of Miranda. I don't think he's that skilled of a fighter, I don't think he's elite, but he does have a lot of power, has a decent chin and he can beat most competition. Mainly I just like Miranda the PERSON and enjoy watching his fights which are always entertaining imo.

I've always liked him and going into the Pavlik fight I overrated him, but not he is what he is. He's a big puncher, has a good chin, has heart and determination, and has decent athletic ability. Could he have a chance at getting outoboxed, yeah he could, but he very well could end a fight with one punch.

He is a type of a fighter who will always get overrated and hyped.

He is big, muscular, can punch and had a rough childhood. For some kids this is all you need to proclaim him to be the next big thing. His actual boxing ability quite bad though.

Pantera I will lend you money to bet on Miranda.. I love the group you bet against... It looks like for the most part you only took bets against the biggest and most biased/obvious a$$h@les on this site. Miranda was really overhyped and overrated before the Pavlik fight, he was supposed to be the most feared dangerous fighter in the world, a middleweight Tyson....Pavlik exposed Miranda bigtime and destroyed him in 7 rounds....The hype went away for awhile after that KO loss, but now he's being overrated and overhyped again because he had a highlight reel KO over some Contender bum.

So yes, Miranda is definitely overrated.
