Actually, if Jack Loew is the guy who comes into the ring with Kelly and advises him during the fight, then I think he knows what he's talking about. He seems to give Kelly the right advice and knows just how to beat the opponent. He and Kelly seem to have a good relationship too, with Kelly seeming to really listen, and seems to know his stuff in the post fight interviews. Bodes well for the future.

Of course, its possible I'm overestimating him, because the extent of the advice he's had to give to Kelly so far is "just keep hitting him Kelly, he can't take your punches and he can't last as long as you". Kelly Pavlik must be a dream to train!

Props to Enzo for stickin up for his guy. He's supposed to lose to Pavlik, which makes room for a much bigger fight between Kelly and Enzo's son, but Enzo is takin Lockett's shot seriously as a trainer. Good for him, even tho Kelly will still KO his ass.

Loew has a great understanding with Pavlik. They seem to trust and know how to get the most out of one another. Being versed in volumes and volumes of boxing knowledge doesn't neccessarily translate into wins. Few trainers know as much as Manny Stewart and he's found ways to lose as much as any less versed trainer. I bet Loew would have had Andy Lee looking better than Stewart did. Loew talked **** and Enzo talked **** back, I think its even, no one got "owned." The owning will occurr if Pavlik drops Joe Calzaghe or vice versa.

Thats not creative at all, thats actually what Jack does for a living...

Anyway, regardless of which fighter you think is better, Enzo is completely inadequite to be training his son. If he son wasnt so naturally gifted, he would have never been anything.
