I seriously doubt Robinson could've beaten Marciano because he was never bigger than 160 lbs, not even against the 175-180 lb Joey Maxim.

Robinson boxed as a featherweight in the amateurs and started his pro career as a lightweight. He was too small, there were others however...

Jimmy Ellis who started as a skinny middleweight went on to win the HW title.

Archie Moore who started as a middleweight defeated top contenders at heavyweight. He did not manage to capture the title in his two title try's against Marciano and Patterson though.

Bob Fitzsimmons won the HW title and he was no more than 160 lbs.

Sam Langford knocked out big heavyweights and early in his career he challenged the welterweight champion Joe Walcott!

i still dont think just being a HW makes you the greatest fighter of all time... i think its a p4p thing... which is why im with srr

People try to hold Floyd up to ridiculous standards. He all ready is an ATG, and assuming he has a couple more fights he further solidifies it... If he actually does fight the names listed then he'll be at or near the top of the list.
